"This is the first city hotel that we have stayed in that wouldn't serve drinks to residents after the bar had closed. Very annoying as we had been to a concert next door and wanted a couple of drinks with our friends after the gig. Maybe something that could be looked into. The bar staff told us the night porter would get us drinks but he flatly refused. Put a bit of a dampner on the evening."
"All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and has a very spacious shower and soaking tub. The breakfast is fantastic! Best waffle I’ve ever had. The bar is lively especially on Saturday. Large selection of perfectly made drinks na there is a late evening menu. The location is wonderful. Only a few minute walk to Belfast Central station and some of the most popular pubs are within a 2-6 min walk. We would definitely stay here again."
"The property was very clean. It was easy to get in based on the instructions given. There were 3 of us in our group. There was more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable. In the kitchen, I specifically appreciated the extras that the host provided such as paper towels, 2 large bottles of water and the odd spice/sugar if we needed it. All the appliances you would need for a short stay were available. The bathroom was very clean and modern. We had enough towels for each of us. The host had extras here as well (shampoo/conditioner and body soap) in case wer forgot anything. I personally appreciated the hair dryer as well because I didn't have the proper adapter for my own hairdryer. The beds had clean sheets and an appropriate amount of pillows. There was an enclosed back area to sit outside. The house was located in a great community with plenty of choices of places to eat within walking distance. We had someone in our group who was unable to walk far distances so the walk was perfect. We didn't use the bus system but it looked pretty easy and a stop was located close to the house. We really enjoyed our stay."
"We were so impressed by this hotel. Fabulous room, very comfortable and spacious. The pool was great but mostly it was the welcoming and accommodating staff who made our visit so special. They were so helpful. We got room service instead of eating in the restaurant and it was fabulous. The Operations Manager who was on firing the evening of our visit made it such an easy process and the food was delicious. "
