"Staff went above and beyond. We had an amazing view. No traffic or airplane sounds. Wish the guy in cowboy boots upstairs would have taken them off at 10 pm or even midnight..or stopped pacing. Parking was tight. I'd stay again if I was back in Portland! "

"Staff is simply amazing. Friendly, warm, welcoming, kind. I mean awesomely amazing. Hotel is wonderful. Clean, bright. We love the art, the feel of the lobby, all of it. Homeless are near, but no issues, no feeling of danger; to the contrary, it all feels very safe. Took valet parking for $48 a night. You can just as easily find parking a block away, uncovered, for half that. But not a big deal either way. Valet staff very friendly, too. Brought two pups with us. it's all been very smooth. Very quiet hotel, too. Amazed at how quiet our room is. We have a 5th floor room. Nothing but praise for the staff and hotel itself. "
