Enjoy the perfect balance of seclusion and convenience — only 14 minutes to the heart of Battle Ground (home of the new Battle Ground Farmers Market and local favorite Al & Ernie’s), 14 minutes to scenic Moulton Falls Regional Park, and 7 minutes to Battle Ground Lake State Park.

This property is the guest house to the main house. The owners do live on site.
