Mattress looked like it had previously had bed bugs with small orange specks on it. And all of the smoke alarms were not attached to the roof. Also making the guests remove their own rubbish is unacceptable. That is a basic housekeeping service expected when booking a hotel. Guest for accommodation so they can relax and not have to worry about anything. I’m glad the accommodation is recycling though.

Pretty tired, run down and in need of an upgrade. Its an older apartment, which looks like someone has attempted to "tart up" with cheap furniture and a can of paint. The bathroom was pretty horrible.

Excellent location in Hastings street amidst the restaurants, coffee shops, mini supermarket, and retail. Access to the beach is easy through the alley opposite. Pool is large with loungers. Our suite was large with a sunny verandah. We have stayed here every year for 10 years and always been comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. The complex, pool and footpaths are very clean Privately owned Suites can be managed by a variety of companies but “Stay Noosa” was exceptionally professional and helpful.

"The room was very bare , the only thing we had was a small kettle , and coffee , tea and sugar . The bathroom floor was filthy , the grout was supposed to be white it was full of dirt , and the floor hadn’t been mopped before we got there, very disappointing."
