This charming home has been lovingly updated and has all the amenities you need, plus off-street parking. It’s comfortable and conveniently located close to many downtown or LSU-area restaurants and activities. A great stay!

Our family had a great weekend. We came in town for the LSU football game. Home was cozy and had everything we needed. Close to campus, shops, and restaurants. We did enjoy the front porch in the evenings too.

Great location, near LSU, children's museum, etc.. Had extra amenities. Such as spices. Olive oil, tape for my fedex boxes to send my work back. Absolutely perfect stay.

We loved the location! Very peaceful and near downtown Baton Rouge. Beds were super comfy. Front porch was wonderful to sit on and read or have a drink. Neighborhood was great for a morning run.

The Perfect Stay
I had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is great as it's close to LSU, food, and the freeway. The home is extremely clean with perfect accommodations. Wonderful front porch with rocking chairs. Great to enjoy a morning coffee or evening wind down. Last but not least, the host could not have been more accommodating and proactive in making sure we had everything we needed while staying at the property. We weren't missing anything. I will absolutely book this property again.

Charming, Comforable and Close to Everything
This charming historic home was recently renovated with all the modern conveniences. My daughter and I stayed for activities she was in at LSU. The location was perfect. It was so convenient for everything we needed to do, whether grabbing dinner downtown or heading for campus. Many great restraunts nearby. The house itself had everything we needed. It was clean and very comfortable. The beds were large and very comfortable. Check in and out was easy. You can tell this host has made the extra effort to make guests comfortable. She was very responsive to any questions. I would definitely recommend this home and book it again on my next trip to Baton Rouge :-)

What a fabulous experience! The house is immaculate in a neighborhood very convenient to the downtown area, which is where we were going to spending most of our time. I miscalculated my arrival time so as soon I landed I messaged Ashley to ask if I could check in early. She responded immediately that she was able to accommodate me. Upon arrival, I was amazed at how sparkling clean, bright and airy the place felt. The kitchen is well appointed, should you want to cook, the beds comfortable and check out easy. My group and I were extremely happy with our stay. If we are ever back in the area, we will definitely book Ashley’s place again!!!

Absolutely Perfect Little Cottage
Where to start?? Absolutely felt like home...my co-worker and I stayed in this little gem for 3 nights and to be honest I would prefer to call this home each month when work requires us to be in Baton Rouge. Fully stocked kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms that are not only beautiful but spacious as well...make this the perfect home away from home. Bright, clean, and very comfortable place to stay. The location makes getting to restaurants or shopping a breeze and a great walk to downtown pubs. My only suggestion at all would be a larger sofa or maybe a small sectional.

This is an amazing property, so convenient for downtown Baton Rouge. Quiet neighbourhood, beautifully appointed inside and out. No request was too much - even me struggling to figure out the smart thermostat. Normally a hotel guy, this property was above and beyond. Will always stay here in the future - was so relaxing and refreshing!!!

We loved our stay in the Beauregard Town Historic District! The house was lovely, the location was perfect with easy access to I-10 so we could get anywhere we wanted to be easily. If we need to stay in BR again this would 100% be our first option to consider. It definitely lives up to the photos!

The house was absolutely beautiful. Beds were comfortable, everything in the house was high end, loved the kitchen (well stocked), and washer and dryer were practically brand new. We drive a large diesel truck and we were able to park in the driveway which was very nice. Very quiet area and nice street. Ashley was an amazing host!! Loved staying here.

The antique door knobs, light fixtures, and use of old wood detailing were unexpected surprises. Spacious closets and bathrooms. Place is amazing. A hundred times more beautiful in person. The ceilings are really high too. I’m 6’3 and I could actually see my self in the mirror LOL.

The property and house are as listed and super clean and comfortable! It was nice to have welcome snacks/water/drinks/coffee provided and the bath toiletries were so yummy ~ I enjoyed the large soaking tub every night as well as great nights sleep in the King sized master bed. We had a small issue with the air conditioner but the owner took care of it immediately; literally within minutes which was much appreciated. We'll definitely be back.

Perfect location for a weekend getaway.
This was the perfect location for our needs. Ashley was very responsive both before and during our stay. She even let me know that early check in was available. The only downside was the cleaning crew went a tad bit overboard with the bleach so the strong odor stayed in the house the majority of our stay. We will book again when we come back to Baton Rouge.

Short sweet anniversary trip
Our stay at Maison Blanc was simply amazing! Ashley has put the finest touches into this sweet cottage to make it modern , sleek and comfortable. No complaints on her part whatsoever! Only thing that was aggravating was the train passing in the wee hours of morning! I’m a light sleeper . I would definitely stay here again and have already recommended this place to others !

A beautifully renovated old house. The house is bright and friendly and everything is nicely color-coordinated. The large, light-flooded marble bathroom impresses with a beautiful large shower. The large walk-in closet is a good idea, especially for travelers with suitcases. A big advantage is, that a washer and dryer are available. Due to the nearby highway you can hear traffic noise outside, but it is very quiet inside. The communication with Ashley was nice and responsive. We enjoyed our stay here a lot.
