Royal Apartment 2 sits in the heart of Bathurst's CBD on William Street, close to cafes, restaurants, parks and shopping. Moubar Vintage (300m), Enso Specialty Coffee Bar (350m) and The Black Crow (650m) cover the coffee options nearby, while Church Bar (150m) serves woodfired pizza and cocktails in a converted schoolhouse with a leafy courtyard. Woolworths (500m) and Aldi (250m) handle groceries, and Machattie Park (300m) and the Australian Fossil and Mineral Museum (200m) are both a short walk away. Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire apartment for the duration of their stay, however, please note that the balcony is a communal space with the neighbouring apartment (also managed by BNB Made Easy). Children are not recommended in this area without the supervision of an adult. The keypad code for the balcony is the same one used to access the property.

Stairs: The apartment complex has 3 flights of stairs before reaching this apartment. Each flight contains approximately 6–7 stairs.
Balcony: The balcony is a communal space shared with the neighbouring apartment. Children are not recommended in this area without adult supervision.
Parking Access: Enter the undercover carpark via Gunthers Lane. Collect the key from the lockbox at the carpark garage roller door, and park in Bay 4 (one vehicle only). Walk to the door at the end of the carpark (use the keys to unlock) leading to the elevator. Take the elevator to Ground level (press G), exit into the foyer, and proceed through the timber glass doors on the opposite corner to reach the three flights of stairs up to the apartment. If you leave via the William St doors, re-entry must be via the garage, as the William St doors may be locked at times.
