The hotel is very nice and the grounds are beautiful, staff are very good, helpful and friendly, However the spa and pool are in need of a refurbishment/clean, some of the furniture in are room needed replacement, more like 4*, however still very nice place to stay,

Henrietta House, a member of Radisson Individuals
Lovely room and bed was very comfortable. My only criticism is that there is no shower door which made the floor in the bathroom wet which can lead to slipping. I think maybe a mat would be helpful as I had to use a towel to soak it up

The Roseate Villa Bath
Wonderful stay. Spacious room, good breakfast and great afternoon tea. Very close to the centre and lots of good restaurants. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Loved our stay and will definitely return.

No.15 by GuestHouse, Bath
The location was good. The room was disappointing. There were no windows you could actually see out of. One was too high on the wall and the bathroom windows faced a street and park. The light switches were incomprehensible. It looked shabby for the price point.
