Spend your days enjoying coastal walks, swimming, snorkelling, fishing, or catching waves at the patrolled Shelly Beach, or unwind at the quieter local Bateau Bay Beach. Wyrrabalong National Park is only a few minutes’ drive—or a scenic 13‑minute walk uphill—and is renowned for its spectacular coastline, whale watching, surfing, fishing, bushwalking, and birdwatching.

For exploring further afield, Terrigal (famous for its bars and restaurants) and The Entrance (popular for family entertainment) are both within a 15‑minute drive. Bateau Bay Square, just 5 minutes away, offers Coles, Woolworths, Aldi, and a wide variety of specialty shops.

This renovated, single‑level 1950s‑style beach house is light‑filled and free‑flowing, offering relaxed coastal comfort. The home features three bedrooms, with two queen beds and one double bed, plus a double sofa bed in the second bedroom for flexible sleeping arrangements.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, including a dishwasher and complete cooking facilities. The washing machine is conveniently located within the bathroom, and an additional outdoor shower with hot and cold water is perfect after a beach day.

At the rear of the home, a sun‑drenched verandah with an 8‑seater dining table opens onto a large entertaining deck featuring a comfortable outdoor sofa. This space flows directly into an extensive, tropical, private backyard, creating a peaceful and serene outdoor retreat.

Bateau Bay is a beautiful and popular beachside village of the Central Coast. Pack your swimmers, a surfboard and a towel and make your way to Bateau Bay Beach to swim, surf, snorkel or relax in the sun. Stop by the northern end of the beach to enjoy a family picnic or rest beneath the shady trees of the Bateau Bay Beach picnic area.

Soak up stunning views of The Entrance, Tuggerah Lake and beyond from Crackneck Point Lookout. Watch talented surfers ride the waves of Shelly Beach or look for whales passing by during their annual migration between June and November. From here you can make your way along the beautiful Coast Walking Track, amongst coastal wildflowers, orchids and flannel flowers.

The nearby Wyrrabalong National Park is a great way to further explore the beauty of Bateau Bay. Dramatic cliffs rise and fall along the scenic walking routes. Spend time birdwatching or follow the trail through the cool coastal rainforest within the park.

A bond (security deposit) will be required in the form of a pre-authorisation of a credit card for every booking and an online check in form will need to be completed and returned prior to arrival. This involves providing photo ID and a credit card. The online check in form will be sent once the booking is confirmed. Please contact the office to confirm the bond amount as it differs for each property, minimum $1,000 (higher for more prestigious properties).

For bookings longer than 14 days, mid-stay cleans will be required at guest's cost. Please contact the office for clarification of the number of mid-stay cleans required based on the length of stay and pricing as the cost will differ for each property.
