"We came for a one night stay to celebrate my birthday. The staff was extremely gracious, providing us with an upgrade to a suite overlooking Fountain Square, and a sumptuous free breakfast at the associated restaurant Ingredients. The room was clean and spotless. Hot water came almost immediately, and the thermostat actually worked. We will return for other special memories."
