"Location is good and staff is great."

"Pool was almost as advertised just wasn’t as hot as we expected. Basically room temp. Our internet was horrible. Kept kicking us off and couldn’t watch live tv because it would stop a lot. Place was beautiful and the staff was excellent. But for the price I was expecting a bit more of no hassle room issues. They do have free chauffeur service in local area and the staff was super helpful. "

"Great"

"We planned a weekend trip to Puerto Galera, leaving Manila on Thursday afternoon and stop in Batangas City. Alpa Hotel offered a good stay before taking the boat the next day morning to Puerto Galera. There is a restaurant, although the food was nothing special. I do recommend to try a Filipino cuisine dish. The hotel provides a shuttle to the pier."

"The property was very well maintained. Great communication with the host. We found a very friendly tricycle driver that was readily available at a drop of a text. Alfa mart is just a 1 minute or less walk if you need something. Minor details, need a few more towels and sharper knives. But all in all we made due. Air conditioning worked great. "Clean room and pet friendly, I love the place ."

"The house was beautiful, the views and sunsets are spectacular, the beach has nice sand and clear water. The caretakers were very helpful. "

"Caretaker's were extremely helpful and went out of there way to assist our group very nice people perhaps a few more kitchen utensils and pots but we will definitely be coming back again lovely big house and great well maintained swimming pool "

"Pool and house are very nice. The bathroom could use updating and the shower floods the entire floor. The views are amazing. Be aware the house is a very open environment and not fully enclosed. There are locks on the bedroom doors for safety, but people could easily enter the property by climbing the fence. "

"Fantastic stay. All the amenities were fantastic and definitely well used by us. Massage in room, nail salon, gym, pool, there was nothing that wasn’t excellent. The staff were exceptionally kind and overall it was a fantastic stay."

"Overall, our stay were good. Just a little disappointed with menu and food that weren’t available. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Will definitely come back."
