Once I check-in inside the room I got kerosene smell and few cockroaches moving around. Also the air con not working. I called the receptionist after 15mins somebody comes cannot settle the air con problem. Again 2nd person check air con also cannot settle. Then 3rd person came then settle the air con problem. I'm quite disappointed the service and the room as well. I think the hotel need to check the room before somebody check in all in order.

The room was clean & comfortable. Not very spacious but definitely good value for money - you get what you pay for. Responsive & polite service staff. Choice of cable TV channels reasonable. The best part is that it’s conveniently located (within walking distance to the NED). Lots of eateries located nearby to choose from. It’s also not too far from BCS & Nagoya Hill shopping mall so you could grab a taxi for 50K Rupiah one way or opt for a motorcycle instead.

Clean in the room but shocking experience in the toilet, many coaches hidden under toilet bowl cover and crawling around toilet bowl ! Big and small coaches. I'm staying

booked 3 rooms. 2 of the rooms was ok but the other 1 room has this weird smell and the bedsheet looks dirty and a little bit of stain. but that’s not a big problem anyway cause i enjoyed staying there and fyi, this is the second time i stayed there. this is a good budget hotel and hotel looks really really good. thanks.
