The only good thing about this place are the staff. They are very accommodating and nice other than that I wouldn't recommend or come back to this place. They only give you one key card which you have to put it in a slot for the electricity/AC to turn on. Every hotel/rental place always give two keys but not this place. It takes forever for the room to cool down. My first room had mold in the bathroom ceiling and ants everywhere. It smelled so bad and horrible. I asked the staff for another room. Staff was really nice and ran around to find us a better room. Second room was better but still had ant problems. Its a little rundown building. This place is close to shops and restaurants but not worth it for me.

The room was clean and the air conditioner worked great. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was attentive and spoke English quite well. Everything was fantastic I enjoyed staying there four nights and it was a perfect Oasis from the beautiful Madness that is Hanoi

"Amazing staff and service! I feel almost bad saying it because the location and staff are so great, although the rooms are very clean they are a little small and bit dated. If you need space choose a room category that is larger. Would I stay here again? Definitely!"
