"We had a very pleasant stay at L’Impérial Palace Annecy. The hotel is beautiful, the location is excellent, and overall we really enjoyed our time there. We were touched by the room upgrade and the thoughtful welcome of a bottle of champagne and a cake prepared for us. It was a lovely gesture. The only downside was the leisure facilities. The gym is quite small, and the swimming pool is also a little limited in size, which can make it feel crowded at busy times. Overall, it’s a lovely hotel and we would happily return."

We had breakfast at the hotel one morning, it was okay, but the other mornings we went across the street and got drinks and food for both of us for the same price as one breakfast at the hotel. There is coffee offered between 1pm and 9pm, it would be better if it was offered to guests in the morning as well. The location is fantastic, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the area, the room was very comfortable and clean. I would recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Annecy!"
