The breakfast was pretty good and was included in our room rate, but the scrambled eggs were powdered eggs (they were terrible) and if you want fresh cracked eggs you paid 8-12 euros. We stayed in the presidential suite. It was very nice and large room and had a nice view of the Duomo. The outdoor balcony was very large too. Unfortunately, the lobby chairs and sofas need to be updated. They smelled bad and had stains on them. Otherwise, you are about a 10 minute walk from the galleria shopping area. Nice hotel and once they update the lobby furniture, it will be much better.

We booked a classic suite for a special occasion. The room was extremely rundown and drab looking. Paintwork was chipped. Amenities were poor with one sachet of coffee on some days but not even all. No milk was provided. Again one sachet of flavoured tea. It was not replenished. Breakfast was basic and quite often cold. Constantly told this is what a classic room is like, but the cleanliness of the room was dreadful.

"The staff was amazing but the one drawback was the location. It was hard to get to by foot from the train station- almost off the beaten track. It looks like it’s right next door on the map but you have to go all the way around and across a boulevard. A car would’ve made a big difference."
