"The property was clean but I was appalled at the lack of provision, particularly when it came to basic personal hygiene. There were no hand basins near the toilets. In addition, the hand sanitiser provided wasn’t working. Staff were initially dismissive. There was a handbasin the the room but not soap provided. Also no feminine hygiene bins. Would recommend against staying here. "

I'd particularly like to highlight the exceptional friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, as well as the fantastic, imaginative, and culturally appealing amenities of the hotels. For example, upon entering the breakfast room, I was offered an explanation of the breakfast details. The hotel's location, right in the center, is also great. "The hotel has a nice pool area and spa that is open to all hotel guests and includes a large indoor pool and a large jacuzzii area. The hotel and rooms are clean and adequate. Room amenities are minimal and the decoration a bit dated. But overall a great hotel. "

"Room and corridor decor very dated and in need of a spruce up. There was a huge water tank in the toilet area. Double bed comfortable. Twin beds were very small. No washing up liquid provided in kitchen area. Mountain view from one room was lovely, the view from the other room over the Main Street was not as nice. Lounge area on floor one was nice. Complimentary drinks machine was a good amenity but several times was not stocked with all drinks. Ok for a short stay and if you are happy...

"The hotel was conveniently situated to walk to the town centre. It was quiet, very clean and nicely decorated. Modern bathroom and comfortable bed. There are a few things that could be improved, either bottled water in the mini fridge or a jug to put water in, a socket near the mirror to use own hairdryer etc and also more bath towels. We only had one between two, we only realised after dinner and the staff had gone home. Overall it was a nice stay and we would stay again."
