"A welcoming and friendly hotel. The manager Karunakara Rai needs a special mention helping us with our food order. The food here was delicious in the rooftop bar. We are visiting from Australia and cycling the world so it’s refreshing to receive great service and feel welcomed when we arrive at a hotel. "

"The room air-conditioner is a bit noisy. The toilet basin drain pipe is leaking, causing the floor to be wet. Breakfast is mainly Indian style, with limited Western options available. "

"Walls are all mouldy, coacroaches everywhere, washrooms are not clean and no towels. Would recomment other to go for other hotel in same price."
