"I had booked a King room with jet tub and balcony and was placed in the furthest hall in a corner on the second floor where you have to walk forever to get to and where there were rooms with conjoined doors. It had its own seperate door for 4 hotel rooms and was excluded from the main part of the hotel. We could hear yelling from the guys next door like they were in the room with us. The room was also not cleaned well. There were rings from drinks on night stands, toothpaste on fronts of bathroom cupboards as well as hair on bathtub and pink mold in the jets and filter of the tub. My boyfriend asked the front desk to move us and they at first acted like there was nothing that could be done besides ask the neighbors to be quiet, which we didn't want done because we didn't want issues with our neighbors. They then agreed to move us to another bigger room on the third floor. As we were walking to our room the halls were full of people drinking alcohol and going from hotel door to door partying and yelling. We walked in our room and there were spills of alcohol or something sticky as soon as you enter the door. We didn't have a balcony like I had payed for nor did we have a King bed. I believe it was a full. Rooms are not very clean for being a 4 star hotel. Ive worked at hotels so the attention to detail should be better in my opinion. I told the front desk about our issues and she said they cant really do much about people making noise but they would address the housekeeping."

"The villas were perfect. Ski in ski out. A nice lobby that offered Starbucks breakfast and coffees, also other foods. The toom was in great shape, the check in process was easy and they were very nice and helpful. I would stay here again and recommend to others. Location location location and great accommodations. Easy parking and nice hot tubs and pool. Loved the spa and gift shop. Great clothing and accessories "

"We had a large gathering of family and friends and the 8 bedroom configuration worked really well for everyone. The properties were very clean and Mark and Lluvia were always willing to assist with answering a question or responding to requests. "

"We had a great last weekend in March stay. iTrip was very responsive to our questions and requests. We had a 1-year-old and, because of the stairs, we needed a child gate, and they got one for us with a couple hours. We got an early check-in, which was very helpful. I realize it might not have been possible during the height of the winter season, but we appreciated the flexibility. We also got the check-out deferred an hour, which also served our needs well. The townhouse kitchen was well-equipped and we made several meals there. The place was clean and inviting. The balcony had a great view. Sadly, there wasn't much snow. I hope to come back sometime when there is snow to ski. I'll definitely consider Storm Meadows then."

"So convenient to the slopes! Nice outdoor patio bar area with fun staff. Love that they have a pool and hot tub. "

"Property location is ideal! Kit yen fully stocked. Communication with property manager is great. Shuttle service on demand is spectacular. Proprty is not fully remodeled. For price point, could use some updates in bedrooms and bathrooms. But, considering the demand in the area, the location and convenience, still 5 star."

"Everything was fantastic. House truly is one of a kind. 10 out of 10 across the board. Views are tremendous, especially at night. Do be aware of fairly long walk (especially in ski boats) to ski in/ ski out. Probably just under quarter of a mile. Property management did great job w communication. "
