"The service was awesome, the place has so many beautiful flowers and plants its a very happy place. The room i stayed in was a disappointment, no air circulation (no fan nor AC). The temperature outside was nice and cool, but the room does not have good circulation. No blackout curtains, so you wake up early, if you want to or not."

"This is a beautiful place to stay and very relaxing. We were busy with outside activities so didn’t get to enjoy the pool like we would have liked. "This resort is so beautiful. We stayed with our 3 children (13,6,3) and they loved the pool and wildlife. We saw capybaras and iguanas walking around. The drinks were good, bar service was excellent and the front desk also has excellent customer service. Breakfast was accommodating to serve us early before our tours. The resort is right in the lush forest with beautiful landscape. The room was perfect and had enough space for our family of 5. It's a close walk to many restaurants and there is a bus stop right next door so it was very easy to get around. The bus comes every 15 min and was very convenient to catch. Would definitely stay here again."
