"Only one elevator working. Had to wait a long time for the one remaining. The poor lady on front desk had to check people in, make cocktails, answer the phones… too much for one person . Breakfast… no potatoes or french toast sticks. No English breakfast tea.no forks. Not enough staff "

"This hotel was exceptional. It smelled amazing when you walk into the lobby. The decor was beautiful. The staff was helpful. The young lady at the front desk was the sweetest person to help me. Once we entered the room (212). It had two queen size beds, a sofa, chair, two televisions, microwave and small refrigerator. The bathroom was immaculate with walk in access, white tile, and glass doors. This is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at and I have traveled the United States with my job. Very much recommended."
