"The room is dirty, air-conditioning smelled like mold, no card on the back of the door for emergency exit in case of fire, no phone in the room, no alarm clock, no coffee maker, no hairdryer. The bathroom was dirty dirt in the floor hair in the bathtub dirty socks under one bed., each had three pillow that was flatter than a pancake beds were very uncomfortable. The sheets were very stained."
