"Room was adequate. Great price. Very clean. Towels were fab. Toilet paper was a very poor quality. The girl in the dining room at breakfast was fantastic. Very attentive. Breakfast choices were great. Just too much on the plate for my husband and i. We both felt the bar was pricy. £8.90 for a small bottle of prosecco. However we had a lovely stay znd would definitely return."

"Excellent location within walking distance from the beach the house is also two minutes walk from the local co-op shop which opens until 10 pm. The garden was big enough for our two dogs and also very handy to be able to park two cars safely. The bedrooms were all double and the TV was great entertainment with all the channels available. I would definitely recommend this property for any family wanting to stay in Carnoustie."

"The house is situated on a hill overlooking Carnoustie. It is very nicely decorated and well maintained. We had a twin room on the top floor. It was well laid out. The beds were very comfortable. The ensuite had a larger shower cubicle than average. Breakfast was very nice, with good quality ingredients. Lisa was a very good host, welcoming and full of useful information"

"The house was very pretty and clean. It was a stones throw from the beach and a few minutes walk to the lovely seaside town. Lovely furnishings and decor. Two nice outside seating areas which were fab as we did get some sunshine."

"One towel for 4 nights was tough without a dryer ( washer worked fine but difficult to dry towels on a rack indoors).Limited space in bedroom for 2, but we managed.Host communicated well and place was described accurately, it was just smaller than expected in reality.Would stay again with fewer people"

"We had a lovely stay in this property.From the sun trap of an outdoor space, excellent facilities, stylish decor and generous welcome basket, we had everything we needed to have a relaxing few days by the sea. It also helped that the weather was sunny and the locals warm and friendly. Jennifer was a fantastic host and always available to answer any questions.The location is so close to the shops, bars and restaurants too. We would definitely come back to this property in the future."

"We had a family get-together for one week. All rooms have adjoining bathrooms. Comfortabe beds. Lots of dishes, glasses, cutlery for the caterers. The sunroom and the adjacent patio were great places to gather. Generally lots of room for our 21 guests. Lots of parking places and good play areas for children. The BBQ area is nice too and the BBQ is big and worked well."
