The entire staff was welcoming and friendly. Throughout the common areas they had soothing aroma therapy. The room was large and well decorated, lighting was very adjustable, bed was incredibly comfortable and the rainfall shower was fantastic. The 2nd floor heated pool near the bar is a nice plus, as are the chairs, towels, and drink service at the beach. We also visited the rooftop restaurant which was a bit pricy but had a good vibe and tasty food. Did I mention it's also right on the beach? Definitely would visit again.

Great location to San Juan Old town. Hotel staff very helpful and room a nice size and clean.
Had 2 night here before a cruise and would certainly recommend it.

Staff were friendly, and courteous, i like the free drinks. Its accessible to all the store, no need to do uber unless you plan to go further other area.No elevator was hard bec if you have a heavy luggage its really difficult. Otherwise if you want a few days only stay ,I recommend this hotel

Hosts were terrific and helpful. The pool was lovely, and the tropical surroundings are beautiful. When you spend time in the central mountains of PR, you expect some rain, some sun, a great welcome by the communities, and roosters. We had them all.
