I love staying at this hotel! The customer service was excellent, , the staff are incredibly friendly, kind, and attentive. The hotel is beautiful! The rooms are spotless, very comfortable, and have a gorgeous view. It has a lovely restaurant, but I haven't visited it yet! I've stayed here twice already and will return every time I travel to Puerto Rico! My favorite hotel!! 100% RECOMMENDED!

I love staying at this hotel! The customer service was super excellent, the staff are incredibly friendly, kind, and attentive. The pool is beautiful. The hotel is beautiful! The rooms are spotless, very comfortable, and have a gorgeous view. It has a lovely restaurant, but I haven't visited it yet! We had a leak in our room and staff upgraded us without an extra charge. Staff was very friendly. The only downside is that it’s hard to find parking, hotel doesn’t have parking so you have to park in front of the hotel and most of the time it was hard to find. They do offer coffee and snacks but only in the morning.

The staff is super excellent. The hotel is new and clean. They need a few things in the rooms, such as a full-size mirror, a computer desk for some of us who work in the rooms, and an ironing board. You need to eat at the hotel's restaurant, lunch and dinner only. The mofongo is awesome, and the pastries are 5 stars! I highly recommend the cheesecake.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My stay last night at the Royal Delonix Hotel, booked through Expedia, was absolutely fantastic! The room was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained, creating such a welcoming atmosphere. I dined at the hotel’s Tiempo Fuera restaurant, and it was a highlight—excellent ambiance, delicious food, and truly outstanding service. Everyone was so attentive and made the experience unforgettable. Highly recommend this hotel and will book again through Expedia!

The hotel has very pleasant and helpful staff. The lobby was clean, the restaurant has yummy food and the bar even yummier drinks. When I stayed there the room was clean, quiet, and the AC worked beautifully allowing me to rest comfortably. Highly recommend for a hotel in the southern part of the island.

The staff was incredibly courteous, room was immaculate and comfy. Only downside, not much in way of restaurants, shopping as it's a small town. Parking wasn't too bad in spite of it being on the streets.
