"The staff was very friendly and helpful. When I arrived I was given a room right next to the pool, with a loud system right outside the door. I immediately requested a room change and they were very kind and gave me a much quieter spot. Definitely call before and request a room away from the pool. It might also be helpful to request a room that overlooks the mountains and not the garden. The garden side is basically a wall of greenery, it’s nice but there’s no view or direct sunlight. "The have dogs pissinng around the areas. That's included the private parking. Thats every room have. House keeping won't clean you room. Even you stay for 2 nights. You would get a blanket. You have to pay $50 deposit. The bathroon towell . It look like the one you use to wash your car. The employees are doing a great job."

"This was a wonderful place to stay in guanica. Its a 5 minute walk to playa santa, and 15 min walk to playa jungla. The place was incredibly clean and the layout was perfect for my family of 7. The kids love playing on the private balcony and the locals are so kind and hospitable. Will definitely be planning another stay."
