Olha o hotel não é de luxo, não é a proposta. Aceita animais de estimacoes com uma taxa extra. O quarto estava limpo, lençóis branquinhos, frigobar e ar gelando bem, o café é ótimo, atendimento muito bom. Pra ficar perfeito faltou um travesseiro macio e não pagar a taxa pro pet rsrsrs Mas o custo benefício é ótimo. Obrigado por tudo equipe corais.

Bem localizado, porem o atendimento da recepção foi confuso e mal educada, as duas vezes que fui sempre com problemas entre o sistema do hotel e o aplicativo sobre cafe da manha e sobre a reserva, fora isso unica reclamação é sobre falta de acústica dos quartos, os próximos a piscina e cozinha é muito barulho.

Foi um tanto desafiador visto que fomos alojados numa suite ao lado da área de Cafe da manhã onde as funcionárias ajeitavam louças e talheres ao mesmo tempo que conversavam e riam muito antes de 6h da manhã. Foi complicado dormir novamente. Os itens do buffet eram respostos com demora e não foi demonstrada boa vontade ao serem solicitados itens aquecidos, por exemplo como um leite quente. Não havia cobertas para nós mas a recepcionista consegui nos ajudar com algumas pois estávamos em 5 pessoas. Para pessoas maiores as instalações dos banheiros eram bem desafiadoras para se usar o sanitário. Todos os quartos do térreo ficam ao redor das áreas comuns com refeitório, piscina e mesas/redes dificultando descansarmos antes de neia-noite ou dormir até 8h, por exemplo.
