"Beautiful family and dog friendly spot located across from a stunning lake. Not only was this entire property clean, well maintained it was family friendly and dog friendly. There is a free arcade, that the whole family enjoyed and free coffee 24 hours. There were also two fire pits, corn hole, and a small mini golf setup. All this walking distance from Alton Bay restaurants, ice cream and lake access. We had a wonderful time and the owners were very responsive regarding any questions."

"It is as advertised, a cozy cabin. Newly remodeled and very comfortable for 2 adults (and maybe 2 small children). It was very clean with minimal accessories but very functional. The driveway is STEEP. We would rent here again."

"Our experience was what we wanted and more. A short walk through the field and greeted by a beautifully landscaped plot displaying the yurt. Our oasis for this short stay. "This our second year at Cape Guinevere, and once again we had a wonderful stay. The house is cozy and well equipped, and really just perfect for our family to gather for meals, walks around Lancelot Shores, and of course for fires around the fire pit. It is close to Rochester and stores but we felt like we had our own private getaway in the woods. We’d go back again in a heartbeat!"
