Discover La Hunière, a superb 120 m² house tastefully decorated by designer Flavia de Mello.
Spread over two levels, it combines elegance, comfort and functionality for a pleasant stay near the Carteret marina.
On the ground floor, you will find a large, bright living room with a comfortable living room, a dining area and an office area. A beautiful separate fully equipped kitchen and toilet complete this space.
At the back of the house, protected by a wall of bamboo and hydrangeas, an intimate garden invites you to relax. You will find an outdoor lounge as well as a table and chairs to enjoy outdoor meals and convivial moments around the barbecue.
Upstairs, three welcoming bedrooms make up the sleeping area. The master suite has a queen size bed (160x200) and a private bathroom. A second bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed (160x200). The third bedroom offers two single beds (90x200) that can be joined together to form a king size bed. These last two bedrooms share a shower room, and a toilet is also present on this floor.

The decoration of the house honours several works of artists. You can admire paintings by Brazilian artists, works by Francine Meunier, engravings by Véronique Villaret, a painting by Françoise Labasque and a work by João Manuel Ribeiro.

Barneville-Carteret is a seaside resort in Cotentin, labelled family plus.
Close to the D-Day landing beaches, this resort is perfect for practising many sports, solo or with your family, but also for "lazing around" in the small cove of the Potinière beach in Carteret or enjoying a beautiful table of which there are many in the resort.
Barneville also has a large beach. You will also find a skate park and many shops (butchers, bakeries, hairdressers, Carrefour, Utile, DIY, etc.)
As for the beach of Hatainville, a few kilometres away, it offers one of the largest dunes in Europe.
