Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington
6/10 Okay
"Like this hotel , always has a good vibe about it and good surrounding area , ideal base. The rooms are a decent size however very dated ! Beds comfy and room clean tidy but very old looking. If the rooms were in a different hotel I wouldn’t go back. But I like to use it."
"The hotel is very nice andxa great location for sight seeing, close to the tube and buses, Also great for theatres galleries and restaurants all walking distances.
The room was clean and functional however very basic. No tea/coffee making facilities. The shower was good very hot and good pressure, but no toilet brush which would b helpful. Also no fan in the bathroom so very hot, an aircon unit in the room which wasnt very good, room extremely hot. Extra pillows provided which was good.
We asked for more toilet rolls which did not materialise. .
Staff were approachable and friendly."
"We were told to leave the hotel due to electrical issues. I was travelling for work and came home at 7:30pm where I was told to pack my bags and find my own accommodation. Awful experience"
