"Terrible. Never staying there again. Sheets had stains, the woman at the desk was rude and very argumentative with everyone. Even the managers had to argue with her. Very overpriced. And had to pay for parking just to stay at this place. "

"We spent one night, we had to catch an early flight the next morning. All good! Since they opened the new terminal at the New Orleans airport the Hilton is not as convenient, but with shuttles running every 15 minutes it’s no big deal! "

"Needs to be remodeled badly!! The bathroom looks like it’s still the same one they’ve had since the hotel was built. Just look at the pictures… also when I checked in I wasn’t asked for my ID or anything. I told them I had a reservation and gave my name and they gave me my key. I got up to my room with no problem and was ok with the room but liked in the bathroom and was just disgusted. Also the fridge didn’t work so no use in bringing back left overs. Just stayed one night and would never book again."
