"The owner, Mr. Rıdvan Ozcan, is a gentle and easy going man. My husband and I arrived at Sinop bus terminal at 7:30. He let us checked in right away. He upgraded our room from a studio flat on the ground floor to a 1-room flat on the first floor without extra charge. We enjoyed the sea-view, sunrise and sunset. The flat is not new, but clean, tidy and comfortable. Everything is functional, but there isn't an air-conditioner. It's September, so it's cool at night. The pansiyon is 20min walk to the Karakum beach, and 35min walk to the city center. Alternatively, if you don't have a car and don't want to walk, you can take a minibus. It costs 25TL to the city center and 30TL to the Sinop otogar. The minibus stop is 5min walk away. BIM or A101 is 15min walk away. We enjoyed our stay very much. If you are budget travellers like us, I would recommend this place. "

"Upon arrival we were given a room overlooking the Black Sea, although we paid for economy. The room was fantastic: new, sleek and with everything needed. The hotel staff were very helpful. Parking was free in the lot next to the hotel. We traveled during Ramadan, so beware: there is a Mosque very close by, and the Call to Prayer was very loud at 5:30am. It didn't bother us, but it is loud."
