"There was no drinking water in the room, so I asked the staff for it, and they told me that I could buy it at a nearby store, and after about an hour, they bring 2 bottles to me to a room. The staff can't understand or speak English at all. Guests who stayed in the hotel took off their shoes in the aisle and slept, so the aisle was full of terrible foot odor, and perhaps that's why my room smelled strange."

"The Harbour hotel is in a great position. It is a very short walk to many great cafes and restaurants and the promenade along the waters edge. It is also very close to the castle and easy walking distance to the prison museum and archeological museum. The entrance is small and down a quiet side street so it can be hard to find. My taxi driver did not know where it was. Once you arrive the staff are very friendly and helpful. There is no lift if that is an issue. Once you get up the stairs the...
