The flat on the first floor consists of a living room, kitchen, bathroom 3 bedrooms, one of which is on the mezzanine overlooking the kitchen.
There are small balconies in the living room on both sides, one of which has a panoramic view.
The laundry area, located in the basement, will be shared with the ground floor flat.
Possibility of using parking space and barbecue on the ground floor.
