"I googled how long it would take to show symptoms of bed bugs and lice after the stay. TBD if I have either. I saw a prostitute at the nearby gas station. The smell is so powerful when you walk in. It actually was kind of a fun experience to stay in the dirtiest hotel room I've ever been in. My son kept telling me he thought we were going to be shot."

It started before I even booked: I called three times to ask about rates, and customer service hung up on me every single time. It only got worse from there: • The Shuttle: I waited 90 minutes at the airport. I called the front desk four times, and though they kept claiming the driver was "on the way," I was left stranded for an hour and a half. • Housekeeping: Despite four separate requests on my first day, no one ever showed up to clean the room. • Maintenance: The TV was broken. A repairman "fixed" it, but it stopped working again by the very next morning. They are quick to give excuses over the phone but fail to actually provide the services promised. Save yourself the headache and stay elsewhere."

"We selected this location for its proximity to the basketball stadium. Worked out well. The elevators are a little slow, especially when trying to move a large quantity of people....but the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. "

"The room was clean and well kept, staff was great and the pool and hot tub were great with the kids. They did have a gym that looked like a nice hotel gym as well. The breakfast was the best I’ve had at a hotel that was free as well. Location was great as well. Highly recommend. "
