From the time we arrived, we were treated with warmth and hospitality by the staff...from the front desk to the groundskeepers and everyone in between. "The property was immaculate and every little convenience. We made use of the pool every day. Going to sleep and waking up to the crashing waves is such a luxury. View is not as unobstructed as the picture but you can still see the water. All the other photos are exactly what you get, a gorgeous and relaxing villa. Highly recommended for an extended stay. Hosts are very responsive and accommodating."

"The house was spotless. Our host was attentive and always available. The equipment is a little outdated. The location could not be bettered. Unless you want a “ Sandals” experience ( go to the Gap), it is the most perfect place to stay. You need a car to enjoy it most. "

"The best part of this property is definitely the outdoor space! Nicely furnished inside and out. There was poor communication with Andreas so some things need attention, specifically, the microwave that stopped working during our stay. Not the best dishwasher. The kitchen was void all spices except s&p. The bathrooms are not supplied with shampoo or soap so bring your own. The beds are very firm so great if that’s what you like. The grounds are well cared for. "

"Kelvin is a welcoming host and Breezy Vista is an economical spot to use as a base to travel the island. The apartment was spacious and clean and the outdoor patio was lovely in the evening. We found the mattress a little soft, though many may enjoy that. The AC was powerful, but barely needed with the cool evening winds. Kelvin was communicative and helpful. "
