Grand Hyatt Barcelona
There was no air conditioning in my room. They sent a mechanic to fix it at 2am. Did not get fixed. The solution- they sent me a fan to use! I have the picture of the fan in my room.

We had a nice sized interior room with good, working A/C. Family had another room w/balcony facing la Rambla. Their room was hot. A/C not working, was given a fan but still quite hot. Staff tried to be helpful but not really. For example, there was construction in the ROOM next door. Front desk said ...
