Check-in is 15 minutes prior to the booked tour start time. Failure to show up at the established check-in time may entail losing the tour.
As Sagrada Familia is a Catholic church, you must dress appropriately and adhere to the following restrictions: see-through clothing is forbidden, tops must cover the shoulders, plunging necklines or exposed backs or bellies are not acceptable, shorts and skirts must come down to at least mid-thigh
For safety reasons, you may not wear a hat inside the nave or museum, except for religious, health, or belief-related reasons.
You will be denied entry if you wear clothing that celebrates any sort of festivities or that has decorations designed to distract or draw attention for artistic, religious, promotional, or any other purposes.
You may not enter barefoot, nor flip flops are allowed
Due to security checks held by Sagrada Familia, waiting times to access the venue may be longer on some days. No refunds will be provided.

Start the tour from our office next to Sagrada Familia. Remember you must check in at least 15 minutes before the starting time of the activity. An experienced guide will pick you up from the office and walk you to the Basilica.
