AC not working, bad smell, sink leaking

The ACs were not working, not always, there was a bad smell when they worked. The sink was leaking, there's also a bad smell in the shower. Not enough things to cook something

Too many inconveniences that made this stay not worth the value. Several last minute communications about the reservation from the host. AC’s not working and a lack of urgency from the host to resolve the issue. The space was not very accommodating in terms of hosting ie. only providing one small roll of toilet paper, no instructions on how to connect to the wifi (or any other appliance in the apartment), cleanliness upon check in was manageable but not good, things falling apart in the apartment. The only real perks were the view from the balcony and having access to the washer.

My wife and I had an awful experience during our stay.The only bathroom had a shower that wouldn’t drain properly. This caused the water to flood the bathroom, the hallway and the spare bedroom. I spoke to 4 different people from the agency and 3 said they would send a technician. A technician never arrived and we had to go the reminder of our stay without showering.Besides that, the AC in the spare bedroom wasn’t working and the AC in the main bedroom would leak when turned on.We only received 1 complimentary toilet paper roll for our 4 night stay and 1 tiny bottle of shampoo, shower gel and conditioner. We had to end up buying more toilet paper and had the shower worked we would’ve probably had to buy more shower gel as well.The outlets by the bed would also only work when the overhead light switch was turned on so we had to charge our phones in the living room overnight.Though the bad way outweigh the good, there was some good from the stay. We really liked the location (very close to a strip of restaurants and the metro) and the balcony was very cozy.
