The Space:

As you enter, sunlight streams onto the warm wooden floors, leading you to a living space where minimalistic elegance meets comfort. The living room features a plush greywhite sofa that serves as a bed, offering a restful nook for relaxation or additional sleeping space. The elegant wooden dining table with industrial black coloured chairs provides a chic setting for dining or working.



The bedroom is a private retreat with a comfortable double bed adorned with crisp linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The modern decor flows seamlessly throughout, characterized by clean lines and a soothing color palette, enhancing the apartment's serene atmosphere.



The bathroom is outfitted with contemporary fixtures and a walk-in shower, perfect for starting your day refreshed or winding down in the evening.

Hey there! Some important info for your upcoming stay:



All guests are REQUIRED to fill out a pre-arrival form and SIGN a rental contract before their stay. These steps are MANDATORY to ensure a smooth check-in process and to comply with local regulations.



- Keeping things smooth:

For your comfort we will answer you in your preferred booking platform's chat on workdays (mon-fri 9:30 am to 6:30 pm). Outside those hours our call center is at your service for phone calls for urgent matters. All other matters will be handled as soon as it is possible or picked up the next working day by our team.



- Heads up, we don't have a reception, but we're here to make things awesome for you!



- Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 PM. If it's past 6:30 PM on weekdays or it is the weekend/holiday, don’t worry! We have a key drop-off service.

Late check-in fee (excluded from the price) 30€ after 21:00 / 50€ after 00:00.



- Check-out: Always wrap things up by 11:00 AM.



- Before you make moves to the apartment, give us a call about 30-45 minutes before. No app calls or texts please, just hit us up with a regular call.



- Need help with bags? Check out "Luggit Service" - They can pick up your belongings and deliver them at 15:00 at the apartment, so you can explore the city in the meantime ;)



- Remember to send over IDs of all guests before arriving. It's a local rule we have to follow.



- Make sure outstanding amounts are squared away before you check in.



- Don't forget about the tourist tax – it's 6,88€ per person per night, not included in your initial booking payment.



- When confirming the booking, it is required to sign the rental agreement contract.



- Baby on board? No problem! We've got free baby cots, but give us a shout when you book. For the safety of your baby, there are no sheets, pillows or additional mattress in the cots, only the regulated mattress that comes with all travel cots.
