Digital Self Check-In
Before arrival, you’ll receive: A link to complete your guest registration
A link to pay the tourist tax (required by law) and damage deposit of 300eur.
Instructions to download an app, which contains your digital access key
Check-in is fast, flexible, and fully contactless.

Please note that those steps should be completed at least 24hr before your arrival to organize your check-in. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that you will receive all the instructions in time & there could be considerable delay to enter the apartment (& possible extra charges).

City tax:
10,45 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
- The city tax does not apply to stays longer than 31 nights.


Please note: Building improvements are currently underway on weekdays (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM), but there is no work on weekends or evenings. The apartment remains fully functional.

Arrival between 21:00 and 23:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 23:00 and 00:00 is subject to 40 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 00:00 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.

All the payments and registrations should be completed at least 24h before your check in.
