  • Isolated house in the town of Teiá, in the Maresme, a privileged area of the coastal area of Barcelona, just 20 minutes from the capital and 3 kilometers from the beach. 3 km from the Puerto Deportivo El MAsnou.
    750m2 of land. 3 bedrooms with double beds, one of them with exceptional views of the sea and the mountains. 2 full bathrooms, American kitchen, 80m2 garden, 70m2 loft room, 30m2 porch with foosball, electronic dart board, fireplace, internet. Netflix, Spotify, Harman Kardon sound system. Small 3m2 pool. Unique and original decoration, made by the artist, owner of the house. Quiet and very relaxed place where you can rest in the mountains with exceptional views of the sea and the mountains. Pets Allowed. Special care is requested with the children since the house is full of unique objects.
