Bad communication
The property was very cold, we notified the property owner and they were responding very late. When they finally responded, they said they’ll send someone to fix it and never sent anyone.
Further, we contacted them prior to our stay informing them that we need to check in earlier. They said that we can leave our luggage proper to check in the “lobby”.
When we arrived at the property we were told that the “lobby” was in a different location… 30 minutes away… completely useless and poor communication.
