I am sharing my sincere concern about this kind of accommodation to make sure people don’t get ripped off by this horrible accommodation!!!!The building is in a horrible condition and I have pictures to prove that!The entry was covered with mud and dirt on the floorIt smelled disgustingThe walls and ceiling have holesTrash bags sitting in front of the door and they stinkThe sheets are not clean I don’t think they were even washedThe floor had dust clusters in the cornersIt’s advertised as a studio with kitchenette but there is only a counter with a tiny fridge and a tea kettleThis is false advertising misleading and dishonestI demanded a refund of my money and didn’t get any I had to leave immediately and take my husband and my luggage to go look for a hotel room in the middle of the nightNo one deserves this kind of treatment!

A localização é perfeita, no melhor lugar para caminhar, perto do centro. O barulho das pessoas na rua pode incomodar alguns. O prédio (hall de entrada e escadas) é muito antigo e não muito bem cuidado, com um cheiro de mofo muito forte (o que não é culpa do anfitrião), porém o quarto é limpo, confortável e aconchegante. A maior reclamação é do fato de que o número da propriedade não foi mencionado no endereço. Cheguei de madrugada e fiquei perdido até que o proprietário me respondesse a mensagem. Seria muito mais fácil mencionar que é ao lado do Palau Güell. A rua fica um pouco perigosa de madrugada. De resto tivemos uma experiência maravilhosa.

Arrivée très bien organisée, la personne que nous avions en contact très reactive.Très grande chambre, propre, literie correcte, juste un peu bruyant, écho de la rue...A l'interieur du bâtiment malgré plusieurs chambres, calme, le silence est respecté. Tres bon emplacement, du balcon vue sur la rambla. Près de la boqueria, plaza reial, Christophe colomb....etc. Chambre recommandée pour sejourner à Barcelone .
