This spacious and retro styled apartment may just be what you are looking for! Located in the Born area, in the very city centre of Barcelona, you can go anywhere on foot. Just down your apartment you will find various coffee places, restaurants and bars to spend all your free time! If you need any recommendation, we are more than happy to help you.
This trendy neighborhood is full of small, unique, local stores that offer something for everyone's taste. For your groceries we recommend you to visit the local markets and stores, that you can find through the entire neighborhood. The store owners will gladly help you to improve your Spanish and Catalan, just ask them .

Location: It is located on Sant Pere Quarter, one of the oldest parts of town, right between Sant Pere's Church and Palau de la Música Catalana. Very close to two University's Faculties: Universitat Pompeu Fabra and Universitat de Barcelona. It is located in the great area of El Born, La Rivera and Santa Caterina. District: Born Nearest grocery store: 5 meters away Nearest pharmacy: 50 meters away
Transportation: We highly recommend to move around walking and using public transportation, as downtown isn't the best place to park a car. If you rent a scooter, though, you will manage just perfect! However, if you come with your private vehicle, there is a paid public parking lot at Santa Caterina Market, which is about 5 minutes walking from the flat.
Nearest Metro station: Urquinaona, 550 meters away Barcelona airport: Barcelona's airport is located 16 kilometers away, about 30 minutes from the flat. Use the AeroBus for best convenience. Nearest Beach: Barcelona's Beach is located at 2 kilometers from the building Nearest Ferry: Barcelona's Port at 3.0 Kilometers.
Comments: - Utilities fees are paid separately, 6€ per day for up to 2 people. BE AWARE, IF YOU BOOK THROUGH AIRBNB, THESE ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE AND ARE TO BE PAID ASIDE. - A damage deposit of €600 (via our App) must be paid upon arrival. It does not apply to reservations made through Airbnb. - Check-in is possible after 15h. - There is a late check-in fee of €30 for check-ins between 8pm and 11.59pm, and €50 for later check-ins. This fee must be paid directly to the check-in agent in cash. - Sheets and towels (shower) are provided for the amount of guests indicated in the reservation. Any extra set (towels or sheets) is 15€. - Beach towels are not provided. - The cleaning fee is for the final cleaning at the end of your stay. - PARTIES are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN - It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to SMOKE in any part of the apartment/building. In compliance with local regulations (Law 11/2025), this property is available only for monthly holiday stays. It is not suitable for stays related to work, study, or medical purposes. We charge a late check-in fee for arrivals after 8 pm.
Utility fees cost €6 per day for 1 or 2 guests, with an additional €2 per day for each extra guest. These fees are not included in the price (for Airbnb reservations).
A damage deposit of €600 (via our App) must be paid upon arrival. This does not apply to reservations made through Airbnb.
If the request or reservation does not match the property's calendar, the property may have to cancel your reservation or relocate you. For this reason, we kindly ask you to reconfirm availability before booking.
Extra guests joining the reservation after the check-in date will incur an additional charge of €18 per day (plus utility fees).

If you do not call us on time, you might need to wait for the check-in agent. Take the advantage to ask any questions upon arrival to ensure a good stay throughout! Especially if there is anything unclear on how to make it work or getting around the house.
Please be sure to check all features of the apartment during the first 48 hours of your stay. If there would be something that is not in perfect state, let us know as soon as possible!

The WiFi wasn’t working properly and the dishwasher was broken. The flat was quite dark itself aswell but other than that it was a pleasant stay!

We book for a short period of 2-3 months every year since 6 years
Easyflatbcn has the best service we ever met. Smiling, Helping, giving the right advise.
The apartment is spacious, well equipped, comfortable bed, great bathroom and ho water etc. Unfortunately some problems made us a bit nervous:
* The sitting room window doesn't close properly and we sere worried somebody breaks in this 1st floor with a balcony
* Few items like the curtain in the bedroom wouldn't fit even in the cheapest environment
* Dangerous broken plugs were never repaired
* Poor heating
In conclusion, I would go to no other rent service than Easyflatbcn, but I wouldn't rent this flat again unless those little inconveniences are looked after, specially the main window.
