Charming hotel in a lovely location!
What a gem! Awesome vibe, comfortable rooms, and great location. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the onsite restaurant and bars are a can't miss. Hotel was very quiet in the off season but I can imagine that it is bustling during the tourist season. Very close to transit and Passeig de Gracia, very walkable and safe surroundings. Room was cozy and had everything that I could need for my stay. Highly recommend!

Positives 1. Clean and well appointed 2.Staff is friendly and helpful 3. Good location to visit Gaudi houses. 4 Good nearby restaurants and the rooftop bar has good food. Breakfast is very good. Negatives 1. In the several hundred hotel rooms I have stayed in my 80 years, I can only remember 1 that was equally small and 1 that was smaller. 2. We paid almost 400 euros a night.while waiting to check in the clerk offered a room without breakfast for 180. When I asked for a refund, the clerk of course declined. She should have offered me an upgrade, but didn’t. Did I pay double because of Expedia?

I recently stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. The hotel and room were clean, comfortable, stylish, and well appointed. The front desk staff are present 24 hours a day, which is very convenient- and every one of that staff that I interacted with were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. It was a great experience! The rooftop bar offers a nice view of the surrounding area. One of the best aspects is the location- it’s in a nice area, lots of shops (including small markets and a pharmacy) and restaurants right there, and super close to transportation!

We highly recommend this hotel. It is in a really nice expensive part of the city and it about as centrally located to attractions as you can get in Barcelona.

The room was too small. No bigger than a small closet. Did not enjoy stay. Too cramped and bad rooms. This is a 2 star hotel. A new lacquer paint job does not make a bad hotel a nice property.

The stay would have been fantastic if it was not the rude, offensive, racist behaviour of one of the staff, Marion. My family and I will never stay and never recommend Room Mate Anna because of that person. She ruined our stay just the last day of our stay but it really overshadowed the rest of the stay and the staff. No hotel should have such an agressive staff. I may have questioned some bills but I believe it is in the right of a client who paid multiple thousand of euros for a stay. Please don’t make the same mistake and stay in a welcoming place where staff are professional.

The staff here were always helpful and friendly... willing to point us in the right direction for food or the metro, etc. The location is perfect! Walkable to so many things and great eating so close by. I'd stay here again for sure!

Superior customer service at this property! I received lots of great tips and recommendations on where to go around the area, especially Jazcel (sorry if I misspelled her name). We stayed a week at this property and Jazcel is very approachable and friendly. Excellent location with lots of dining options and is very close to the metro station as well. Room is a bit small, but that's expected given it's a hotel in a downtown location.

A great stay albeit a few hick-ups
Had a great stay overall, my room was spacious with a good-quality bed and a huge bathroom. The receptionists were very friendly and professional, and the barmaid upstairs was amazing. The room didn't have much natural light being on the ground floor, but on the other hand, it was absolutely quiet and pretty. The rooftop pool was closed: slightly frustrating as the weather was amazing. The card door was not working on my arrival, which made the check-in experience a bit stressful for me, maybe not for everyone - I was really tired, and in a rush; with no patience, the lady at reception didn't seem to know what to do first, called her colleagues and finally just simply opened it with her own card... no apologies for the wait or stress it incurred. They fixed it the next day. Lastly, I stupidly forgot a pullover, contacted them the next day but they haven't found it... I find this really strange, please never lose a thing in there. Items don't disappear into the air. It's a shame as I was otherwise very happy with my stay.

Rooms facing the front get a lot of noise from passing traffic Otherwise good facility, safe, clean, friendly, well serviced and hosted. convenient for shopping and walking along Las Ramblas. 20 -25 min walk to gothic quater and 30-35 min away from beech

This was our 2nd stay in about a two-week period, and the staff and facilities were top-notch. You cannot find a better location steps from Casa Batllo and the Passeig de Gracia train and metro station. The staff went far beyond our expectations and we even got upgraded to a wonderful suite on our second visit. The perfect place to call home when in Barcelona. We highly recommend this hotel and will return again.

We stayed in a junior suite for 1 week (Sept 23-29th). Our balcony had a perfect view of Casa Batllo which isna 2 min walk. Also 5 min walk to Casa Mila. The room was beautiful and the king size bed was comfy. They provided robes and slippers which eas great. The bathroom was big, large tub, the walk in shower was spacious too, great water pressure and full sized bottles of good quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The overall look and feel of the hotel and rooms were stylish, funky, clean and modern. The 24h supermarket across the street had everything we needed for the week to stock our fridge. We didnt realize what an amazing location this was too, the cross street is loke Rodeo Dr or Park Ave of Barcelona!!! We will definitely stay here again!

Proximity to main tourist areas. Right by Casa Battlo house, Paceig de Gracia. Public transport nearby. Lots of restaurants. Safe area. Staff are amazing!!! Polite, friendly, helpful and very accommodating. I had a truly amazing two weeks there and was very well taken care of. I don’t want to miss anyone out but Mario, Ruth, Ghyslaine, and the young man at the rooftop restaurant were excellent! Rooms are beautifully decorated with comfortable bed. Room staff amazing! There was everything you would need in the room. Breakfast was awesome at an extra daily charge and well worth it. Good choices and plenty of fresh fruits. Pool is a good way to keep cool if you want it. Rooftop restaurant offered a good selection of foods if you want to stay in. Staff arranged my visits to different places and the check in/ out was seamless. I fully recommend this lovely boutique hotel and I will be returning there very soon. Barcelona was a fantastic city.

I love the location and the 5 star service provided by very friendly staff, from concierge to restaurant in the morning. I will recommend and defiantly go back. My room was one of the red ones (502) So nice design. Felipe from the breakfast area was always so friendly and willing to talk and help us with what to do in the city.

Very cool hotel
We had a small problem with the room when we arrived. The front desk was very helpful and upgraded our room for our entire stay. The room was spacious and really nicely decorated. The rain shower had really good pressure and we had an awesome view of Casa Battlo from our balcony. They also offer a breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. Overall the staff is VERY friendly and helpful and we had an awesome stay. Would highly recommend this hotel!
