Perfect location

The location of the property allowed us to really engage in the culture of the city. Close to subway and easy to get everywhere we wanted.

Wonderful location in a friendly neighborhood close to public transport, many restaurants, groceries and more. The apartment was perfect for 3 people with a little terrace to enjoy coffee or a glass of wine. The kitchen had everything we needed including a coffee maker, dishwasher, cutting boards, wine opener, knives, etc. there is a washing machine and you hang your clothes out to dry, the AC was nice to have and worked well in main bedroom and living area. The smaller bedroom was slightly warm but still comfortable. The host Frederic met us upon arrival and showed us around the place and things operate, Only complaint would be not enough closet space but we shared what we had! We would rent here again!!

Amazing place/location!

This place is truly a gem in the perfect location if you want to be in the city but not hear the city night life. Our host, Frédéric was so nice and very kind to provide many recommendations for places to eat, which were delicious! We 100% would stay here again and recommend this to our friends and family!

Great place

Fantastic and authentic apartment with a great location, close to shopping, public transport, and plenty of restaurants and bars. The apartment is well-equipped and has a lovely little balcony. Frederic greeted us on time and gave us great tips for our stay. If you’re into football, it’s close to FC Barcelona’s temporary home stadium, and only a 45-minute walk to Camp Nou. We’d love to come back!

Fab little apartment in a great area

Loved our stay in this cute, clean apartment. Our host was out of town when we arrived but had arranged for us to be greeted by someone else which was perfect. We found the location was just terrific…easy walks for our nice coffees in the am, easy access via Ave Parallel to La Rambla and some activities we had lined up, pretty terraces for prosecco in the early eve, and nice bistros in the Parlement area. We also walked all the way to the Sagrada from the apartment too which is entirely possible for those who enjoy a good walk..

Convenient and comfortable

My wife, two kids and I had a great three day stay. The apartment is charming and quiet and located close to the Metro. The property manager’s communication was excellent and very responsive. We had no issues.

Great location, gracious old apartment

We really appreciated Fanny who was so understanding about out delayed flight and late check in. She gave us some good eating recommendations for the locale. The apartment was really generous in size and a relaxed, if slightly dated place. Great location and quiet area.

Well equipped apartment in nice area with grocer, butcher and restaurants close by. The owner, Frederic, met us when we arrived to show us all the features of the apartment. Very pleasant stay.

Great traditional apartment in a residential area. Fantastic location, within easy access for metro, bus and funicular railway, to enable you to see the rest of the city. Within walking distance of many local bars and restaurants.

Beautiful apartment

Overall the stay was great. We enjoyed how close the apartment was to attractions and local restaurants. Only complaint was we ran out of toilet paper on the last night and the shower light wasn’t functioning. Regardless of the small mishap, we loved the stay and would do it again

Beautiful historic apartment with updates

This apartment is a lovely blend of old and new— beautiful old tile floors, antiques, then a modern bath and well stocked kitchen. We loved the neighborhood as it is near but not directly in the tourist areas. It is about one block from the PobleSec metro and bus line directly downtown, there are groceries, restaurants and bars just steps from the apartment. One caveat, there are a lot of narrow stairs to reach the third floor so it is not a good option for anyone who has mobility issues. Frederic met us right at arrival and helped with bags, he was excellent with communication and overall a very gracious and helpful host!

Perfect space for 2-3 in Barcelona

Absolute perfect location for two friends or a small family. We loved the neighborhood and quick walking or transit access to all Barcelona has to offer. We had a small miscommunication on our checkout, but the way the host handled it makes me recommend the space even more. I would absolutely stay again on a return to Barcelona.

Nice place for a (short) stay in Barcelona

Great apartment in a convenient location. Apartment is equipped with all you need. There was quite some noise in the building complex and on the street, but that was for us not an issue. The owner is very kind and helpful. If you want to have the feeling that you are living in Barcelona we can definitely recommend this place.

Authentic and stylish apartment

Perfect location, close to montjuic for walking and metro nearby gets you straight to park guell one way and camp nou the other. As well as rest of the city. Frederic welcomed us personally and gave us some tips which we appreciated. Highly recommend and would come back again.

Excellent location!

The property is well maintained and was clean when we got there. The best thing about it is its location. It is a short walk to the metro station (5 mins) and there is lots of eating establishments right nearby. Across the street are several small grocery stores and a slightly larger one in the nearby square. The apartment had plenty of room for our group of four and it’s nice that the bathroom was separate from the shower as it allowed us to multitask. The only thing to be aware of is that it is two flights up and there are no elevators. We love the view and would recommend this property to others. Additionally shout out to Frederick as he was able to help us with the request on short notice.

3 days in Barcelona for sightseeing

Good property for max 4 persons. Shower/toilet only accessible through main bedroom. Great to have lounge area and good amenities - cooker, microwave, washing machine. Pleasant area of city, close to main train station and Metro. Frederic met us at the property and showed us around, which was helpful.

Apartment in Poble Sec

The Apartment was as described and provided a great base for our stay in a quiet neighbourhood, but 5 minutes away from a main road and subway. Our only issue was scaffolding covering the balconies, we chose this apartment for the balcony and were not advised in advance of the scaffolding, we felt a bit cheated in this as there was plenty of opportunity before arrival to let us know.

Pobl Sec

No lift, 37 steps up to apartment. Manager told us: “don’t drink the water, it will make you sick”. Not a good neighborhood for us. We found more restaurants operated by Bangladeshis than Spaniards.

The kitchen was well equipped for us. We were footsteps away from the butcher, the fruits and vegetable store, bakery, supermarket, pharmacies. Also wonderful coffee shop, pizza and many great restaurants within a 2 - 10 minute walk. The metro and bus lines were at the end of the street. Very cozy and friendly neighborhood with easy acces to all that Barcelona has to offer.

Spacious apartment conveniently located

Property has everything you need for a Barcelona stay. Very close to parks, restaurants, markets and metro. Kitchen was well equipped. Perfect for an active family of 4. Read the description closely so you aren’t surprised by the stair climb or the bathroom configuration.
