This beautiful property has a large garden with grass, a 48 m² pool with a shallow area, but its outdoor summer dining room is undoubtedly one of its greatest attractions, with careful outdoor furniture, pergola and Weber barbecue to enjoy the calm and tranquility outdoors with the family.

It is located in a quiet area of the town of Argentona, in the heart of the Barcelona Maresme Coast, with a wide gastronomic, cultural and sports offer.

The house is distributed as follows:

First floor: private access with parking for the car on the property.

Fully equipped kitchen, high quality appliances, exterior views and direct access to the living room and the 1200 m² garden.

The living room with sofas, fireplace, TV with the possibility of access with your personal account to HBO, Netflix or Amazon Prime, Hi-Fi equipment, console (Xbox One) and free Wi-Fi; Direct access to the outdoor dining room and garden, as well as a children's play area, always with spectacular views.

The house has air conditioning in the living room and the suite.

This house has two levels, with 5 bedrooms and capacity for 9 people.

On the first level we find 1 suite with a dressing room, double-sided wood-burning fireplace (view of the living room) and a full bathroom with a shower.

A single bedroom, a bedroom with 1 bunk bed (ideal for families with children) and a full bathroom.

On the -1 floor, a room with a sofa bed and a laundry room, where the washing machine, dryer and an auxiliary refrigerator are located.

All blinds are motorized.
