Enjoy the amazing location, close to the beautiful avenue Passeig de Gracia.THE SPACE:This comfortable and charming apartment is located in one of the best areas of the city. The apartment is bright, modern and fully furnished. Ideal for young families, couples and business travelers.

Although there is an elevator in the building, it is currently OUT OF SERVICE until further notice. The apartment is on a 5th floor, so make sure it works for you.

Lovely Apartment, great location

Had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean and really perfect for our family stay in Barcelona. Check in was easy and they were very accommodating. We loved sitting with the windows open and taking in the city

Amazing property in location close to La Gracia

This apartment offered a great stay, check-in experience, and location for two seasoned American travelers in Barcelona. Please note that the elevator is currently out of service, so the property is a 5-floor walk up.

This place was very clean and modern. We slept 4 comfortably during our stay. However, the apartment is on the 5th floor and there is no elevator. Also, there was a lot of construction happening in the apartment above us. Overall we enjoyed our stay and H2O staff was very responsive.

Lovely apartment, comfortable modern furnishings, nice communal space for hanging out together and all was beautifully clean. We really, really appreciated having air conditioning! Thoughtful touches like coffee machine, extra towels, hairdryer etc made such a difference. The area was good too - walking distance from lots of places to eat but wasn't too busy or loud. Recommend walking to nearby Placa de la Villa de Gracia for food. It was an easy 15-minute stroll to Sagrada Familia. Very good communication and check-in was smooth. Highly recommend and would return.

Everything was great, except the payment and pre-arrival.

The property is exactly as shown in photos. Very spacious, great location (close to sights, multiple metro stations, great neighborhood), and had everything we needed for our stay. Clean and everything functioned. Plenty of cafes, stores, supermarkets, restaurants, sights within the surrounding blocks. One day we rented bikes at the shop around the corner and rode around Barcelona (highly recommend!) I am giving this place 4-stars for 2 reasons: booking and stairs. Unlike Airbnb where you pay through the site, the host company only charged me the VRBO fee when I booked on the platform. They then wanted me to send them a form with my credit card number hand-written and scanned to them. I was appalled that they did not understand the security concerns with doing this. I denied doing this entirely and eventually they sent me an online portal to pay through on their own site, which I was still hesitant to go through, but at least it had VISA Checkout, so I was comforted by that. Everything ended up working out, and the guy who met us for checking into the apartment had no idea about this and apologized for this. I also want to add that he was very helpful with giving us advice and orienting us around the city! The other thing to note is that this apartment required walking up 5.5 floors of stairs to reach it with no elevator. We are young and could handle it, but it is definitely a difficult climb after a day of exploring. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the property, and it was a great price relative to other options. The payment process soured our rating a bit, but we were very happy with our choice besides that.

Stylish place well-situated in Barcelona. Close to great restaurants and shops, not far from Park Guell and La Familia Sagrada as well as other important sights. The apartment is on the fifth floor so it's a bit of a walk up, but this worked fine for me. The wifi is solid and the place is attractive and clean. They also provide a washer and dryer. We really enjoyed our stay!

The apartment was absolutely INCREDIBLE. My college friends and I loved his modern, stylishly decorated apartment with its 3 bedrooms (and very comfortable beds), charming espresso machine, and beautiful balcony view of the city. Check-in was seamless and they provided various travel tips that helped us navigate Barcelona. The apartment is conveniently located right off Passeig de Gracia, the main shopping street (similar to NYC 5th Avenue) with various luxury shops and restaurants. Keep in mind it is a steep climb to the 5th floor since the building has no elevator, but my friends and I appreciated the workout. Overall, we loved the apartment and definitely plan on staying there again during our next visit to Barcelona!

Great location in Eixample district. Walking distance to Passage de Gracia, Sagrada Familia, nice neighborhood restaurants and the metro. A well-appointed apartment which appears to be recently renovated. A small grocery store at bottom of stairs to pick up basics (i.e. wine, beer). Thank you for the great hospitality!
