The open-plan kitchen is functional and fully equipped with fridge, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and more.

The apartment offers a spacious living area with a queen-size bed and a sofa, as well as a complete bathroom with shower.

Guests can also enjoy a beautiful rooftop terrace, fully equipped to relax, have a drink, enjoy breakfast, or sunbathe.

The apartment is cleaned and disinfected by a professional team before each stay.

Noise: Please respect the tranquility of the neighborhood.

Smoking: Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Fine between 50 € and 250 €.

Pets: Pets under 10 kg are allowed upon prior request (20 € additional charge).

Security: The apartment is equipped with a Securitas Direct alarm system with camera, located in the living room facing the entrance door. The system is completely deactivated during guests’ stay.

Towels: Bath towels must not be used at the beach. A fee of 12 € per unit will apply if this rule is not respected.

Luggage: Storage service available in the building.

Check-in and Fees
Standard check-in: Between 14:00 and 20:00.

Late arrivals:

After 20:00: 20 € supplement.

After midnight: 30 € supplement.

After 1:00 AM: 10 € per additional hour.

Check-in on Sundays and public holidays: 20 € supplement.

Hospitalet (Barcelona) tourist tax not included: 1.75 € per night, per person over 16 years old, for up to 7 nights. This amount will be collected upon arrival. Please note that the city tax is subject to change twice a year and may increase.
