This property is easy to access (parking garage one block away) great access to everything in Barcelona and a wonderful corner coffee shop with great pastries.

Great stay in Poblenu
The apartment was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed! Poblenu is a nice area filled with many good restaurants and close to the beach.
Communication with the host was very easy and helpful. One thing we would've expected is the kitchen to be stocked with some basics (salt, pepper, oil).

Schönes Appartement
Wir haben ein schönes Appartement mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einem kleinen Südbalkon im 2.OG mit Aufzug vorgefunden.
Nachteil der Wohnung war der tägliche Baulärm, sehr wenig Geschirr, Gläser und Besteck, so dass man nach jeder Mahlzeit von Hand spülen muss, ein Ofen ohne Backen. Teilweise kam es zu nächtlicher Ruhestörung durch eine Gruppe, die im gleichen Haus wohnte und sich nicht an die Verhaltensregeln hielt. Insgesamt ist das Haus extrem hellhörig, was bei rücksichtsvollem Verhalten nichts ausmacht. Grundsätzlich kann ich die Wohnung empfehlen.
