Somebody hit my car at night we stayed. The Officals of hotel only said to me go to police station. Unfortunately they didnt help me.

The room was fine and the breakfast was nice. But I lost a white shirt which I put it on the bed. I checked severa times with the staff, but not feebacks. It was a terrible experience.

When booking I didn’t know the layout of Barcelona & booked this hotel which ended up being 1hr out of center of Barcelona. Not convenient at all. I reached out to Expedia for help to look for another option & no help was provided. I’ve asked for a refund for Two days I had to cancel & no answer yet. Very disappointed.

Wonderful staff. Very clean and maintained. In the middle of nowhere. And by nowhere, I mean N.O.W.H.E.R.E. If you have a car, you're good. Shout out to reception and Mercedes!

This is a pretty average hotel with good staff. They were really helpful when it came to specific needs or informative in general. It was clean for the most part but the floors and surfaces were dusty and we saw ants on the floor. The breakfast buffet had croissants, cereal, bread, some cheese, hard boiled eggs, oranges/apples and coffee! The biggest downside is the location- it’s far from all the major attractions and quite far from the airport. The public transportation system is okay but not great, there are no taxi/buses after 11 pm.

Will not recommend.
The room smelled like pi. Smell never left. I chose the hotel because it said there was parking. Parking is extremely limited and had to pay $15 euros for parking in garage.

Not the best choice if you want to go to Barcelona, the axis charge you €12 for a 3km ride to the nearest train stations. Nevertheless the breakfast is great and the rooms are confortable

There is a place to go with car, because it's a 30-35 min by walk to Rodalies station or you can take a bus, 10 mins ride, but have to wait, because each bus pass every 20-30 mins

The staff were very nice and helpful. As most all hotels in Spain and France, AC was not something that is always on. The night got very hot and quiet. Not something that will deter me from visiting again but definitely something to keep in mind.

We had a very good stay at this hotel, from the manager to the breakfast ladies were very nice and polite, all the staff, especially the manager, explained very well, cleaned the rooms every day, and the cleaners were also very good.the most kind thing is they acan speak and understand English

Basically, this hotel is too far away from city. I would recommend if you have own car. It’s ok but if you don’t have car. It’s big problem, you need taxi but you couldn’t find taxi at train station you need wait long depending availability. They have only staff for your help. No one there help. TV channel are very limited. Customer can decide themselves.

Excellent Accommodation in Barcelona Environs
Holiday Inn Express Barcelona-Montmelo proved to be an excellent accommodation for the price. Our room was very clean, comfortable, quiet, and provided sufficient space, and the wifi worked well. Breakfast was tasty, plentiful, and somewhat varied. Although there was no business section, the front desk met our needs by printing our boarding passes. Because the hotel is located in an industrial area, it is beneficial, perhaps essential, to have a car to afford access to convenient rail transportation into Barcelona, local restaurants, etc. Best of all, the price was very reasonable!

Room was super hot. The air wasn’t working well. Parking was terrible. But the room was clean and extra bed was made up already for our toddler, which was so nice since we got there so late.
